Business and professional meetings: We help our guests from abroad with scheduling customized meetings in Israel regarding their interests.
"Feast of the Senses Dinner": The experiential dinner simulates the loss of the senses (hearing, visual and mobility) in order to feel how it is to live with a disability.
Speed Dating Event: A networking event to meet and get to know technologies from Israel and the world and to enable direct connections between the participants and the technologies that interest them.
The conference itself will take place on the 15th – 16th of April and will include:

- An exhibition hall with technologies and innovation
- An opportunity to try technologies and start-ups solutions for all kind of disabilities
- An experiential trail and activities that simulate the loss of the senses

Access Israel's extensive work in the field of accessibility and inclusion is strongly supported by the belief that in order to achieve a barrier-free world for people with disabilities and elderly we need collaborative efforts. By joining together and sharing knowledge and best practices, we can make significant progress in eliminating barriers and creating an inclusive society.
Our 9th International Conference 2024 will focus on "The Future of Accessibility" and will take place on April 14-17, 2024 in Tel Aviv.
The goal of this year's conference is to strengthen the understanding of the importance of advancing accessibility and inclusion on all levels and making sure that the future will be accessible from "day one" and when relevant by design.
The content of the conference will be the transition from implementing accessibility to maintenance and to excellence in accessibility. Further, we will discuss the challenges of the next years and possible solutions, the challenges of making future technologies accessible by design and the developments in the field of accessibility. We will discuss the necessary tools to promote, enhance, jump-start and improve the accessibility and inclusion process regardless where your country stands in the process to full accessibility and inclusion.
The Conference is relevant for anyone whether in government, municipalities, retail, health, education, transportation, culture entertainment and more. In addition, we will introduce various technologies and best practices designed for organizations and businesses, as they seek to improve the service they give to people with disabilities and the elderly.
We anticipate about 1,000 participants mostly from Israel and abroad, amongst them participated in the past heads and policy makers from governmental agencies and municipalities, UN and NGOs representatives, heads and CTOs of leading Hi-Tech companies and many more. Additionally, every year, the conference serves as a meeting point for all professionals in the field of accessibility. It is an opportunity to enrich our knowledge, meet new colleagues and find new ways to impact society and continue to improve accessibility and inclusion. We have a large exhibition of companies displaying technologies, services and assistive products from Israel and abroad. Moreover, there are activities on the days before and after the conference itself.
Access Israel is a non-profit organization that promotes accessibility and inclusion for people with disabilities and the elderly in Israel and globally. Among our projects, Access Israel developed awareness raising projects, trainings on accessibility, professional consulting for accessibility implementation, experiential activities, legistlation , and more.
Access Israel has 24 years of experience in promoting accessibility and inclusion and leads an international community in this field, as well as GAIL'S- Global Accessibility and Inclusion Leaders' Summit.
As part of our International ecosystem, Access Israel organizes quarterly webinars with professional experts sharing knowledge on various topics. Participants from more than 100 countries join these webinars. Access Israel through its programs, promotes the UN SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) and in 2016 Access Israel received the status of a special advisor to the UN-ECOSOC.
